Vermicelli about 200g

Minced green onion and ginger in moderation
Vegetable oil in moderation
How to make beef box ?
Add about 10 grams of salt to the flour! Add water and make a dough! The dough is slightly soft! It should be softer than the dumpling dough! Knead well and let it rest for 1 hour!
Add sesame oil to the meat mixture! Stir well in a clockwise direction! Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well in the same direction! Add chopped green onion and ginger soy sauce and stir! Feel a little sticky and leave it!

Press the wrapped dough gently into a round cake and put it on the electric cake pan to heat up golden brown!
