Ingredients ?
6 stalks of bamboo fungus
300 grams of clams
3 slices of ginger
50 grams of celery
How to make clam and bamboo fungus soup ?
Soak the clams in lightly salted water for 1 hour to spit out the sand.
Soak the bamboo fungus in cold water for 10 minutes until it softens. Cut the softened bamboo fungus into 5cm lengths.
Wash and slice the ginger.
Clean and chop celery (I don't like celery, so I chopped it very much)
Pour water into the soup pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the ginger slices and clams. When the clams open, pour in the bamboo fungus.
Boil and add chopped celery with a little seasoning
Tips
The clams themselves are salty, so you don't need to add too much salt
