(1) Press the cleaning button to discharge all the slurry in the material tank, and press the stop button.
(2) Add an appropriate amount of disinfectant to warm water and pour it into the bucket. The water in the two buckets should be the same.
(3) Press the cleaning button and stir for about 1-2 minutes to discharge the cleaning liquid.
(4) Wash with clean water 2-3 times and stop the machine.
(5) Turn off the power and disassemble and clean all parts.
a. Unscrew the four screws on the side of the liquid outlet valve and remove the liquid outlet valve assembly.
b. Pull out the handle solid pin, handle, valve stem, and sealing ring from the liquid outlet valve in sequence.
c. Pull out the agitator from the refrigeration cylinder and remove the sealing ring.
d. Clean all removed parts and replace them in time if any are damaged.
e. Install the parts according to the reverse steps of disassembly. After the power wiring is completed, the ice cream machine can be debugged. Please disinfect and clean the ice cream machine before debugging. Please refer to other related articles for disinfection and cleaning.
After the ice cream machine is cleaned, turn on the power, turn on the switch of the ice cream machine, the digital tube displays 00, press the start button (no material is discharged), at this time, the LED digital display board of the ice cream machine The numbers will change, and you will hear the sound of the compressor starting up in about 5 seconds. Then observe whether the numbers on the digital tube will change upward (if it is a temperature control type digital tube, it will show that the temperature continues to change downwards). When continuous changes occur, it means that the refrigeration system is operating normally. At this time, the machine must be stopped immediately, because running the machine empty for a long time without material will cause freezing cylinders. If there is no change for a long time, it means there is a problem with the refrigeration system or the control board circuit. For ice cream machines without digital tubes or if the digital tube control circuit is damaged, the most effective way to check whether the refrigeration system is operating normally is to insert the distribution valve body of the ice cream machine (the receiving raft in front), take out the stirring shaft, and start the machine. You can judge whether the temperature changes by directly touching the refrigeration cylinder with your hand during operation. If the ice cream machine is refrigerated normally, you can directly pour the prepared ice cream slurry into the machine for the initial production test.
