Lean meat, preserved eggs, rice, water, ginger, salt, peanuts and onions.
Steps:
1. Soak the rice in clean water for half an hour.
2. Cut the lean meat into small pieces and blanch in boiling water for later use.
3. Add water to the boiling pot, add soaked rice and ginger slices, and boil.
4. Put the blanched lean meat into the pot and cook on low heat until the rice becomes soft and the lean meat becomes particularly tender.
