Precautions for pregnant women to eat leeks
(1) The content of vitamin C in leek is very high, and the same use will reduce the curative effect of vitamin K.

(3) People with yin deficiency and excessive fire should not eat leeks to warm and help yang, and leeks can dry fire and exhaust true yin. Animal experiments show that the tested animals may be manic, convulsive or even die. Therefore, "Materia Medica Seeking Truth" said: "Fire is the most taboo for yin deficiency."
(4) It is not advisable to eat more leeks in summer. The leeks are aging, and the fiber is thick and rough, which is not easy to absorb. Gastrointestinal function declines in summer, and eating more will cause abdominal distension, discomfort or diarrhea.
(5) When eating, it should not be heated for too long. Leek is rich in vitamin B, and heating will destroy this supplement. The longer it is heated, the easier it will be destroyed. Therefore, it is not advisable to eat after heating for a long time.

The edible part is close to the ground, which often pollutes the eggs of microorganisms and parasites, and there are many strains, which are not easy to wash and easily infected with diseases. So it is not suitable for raw food.
