Practice:
Ingredients: glutinous rice flour130g, coconut flour 20g, refined flour 20g, lotus seed paste150g (or green bean paste, red bean paste and other fillings), cold water 75g, sugar 25g, boiled water15g, vegetable oil 20g, and shredded coconut (not as much as coconut powder).
Steps:
1, mix glutinous rice flour and coconut flour with cold water and sugar and knead evenly.
2, the boiling water into the powder, will be cooked.
3. Knead the boiled flour into the glutinous rice dough. Adding vegetable oil, kneading into glutinous rice balls, and dividing into 16 portions.
4. Knead the dough into a bowl, wrap in a proper amount of stuffing and knead it into a ball. Steam in a cage for 10 minutes, take it out, and dip the coconut shreds on the surface while it is hot.
