How to make hawthorn balls?
Wash the hawthorn, remove the core, break each hawthorn, add more water to the pot and turn on the fire. When the temperature drops, mash the cooked hawthorn with a cooking machine.
The fire boils like this.
Use a cooking machine to make it as delicate as the picture.
This step requires patience. You should put the mashed hawthorn into a pot, add powdered sugar and gelatin tablets, and stir-fry them on low fire to make them taste as dry as possible. Finally, add the right amount of materials and knead them into 2/3/5/6 grams of your favorite grams.
I'm rubbing 3 grams and 6 grams. Be sure to roll the sugar with humidity.
This is a 6-gram hawthorn ball. When the water evaporates, it will be more beautiful than the previous step.
Tips
The colors of hawthorn balls made by different varieties of hawthorn will be different. When frying hawthorn sauce, you must be patient and stir-fry constantly. You can't stay one. Gelatin tablets should be soaked in cold water in advance for later use.
