Fresh fruit jelly
Prepare ingredients: pitaya (can be changed into other favorite fruits), white bean jelly, powdered sugar (can be replaced by white sugar or soft sugar).
Production process:
1. After washing pitaya, cut off the head and tail, cut in the middle, remove the peel of pitaya, cut the pulp into small squares with a knife, and put it on a plate for later use.
2. Put 2 spoonfuls of white bean jelly into a bowl, then add 2 spoonfuls of powdered sugar and 6 spoonfuls of clear water. After adding the water, stir it evenly with a spoon until the white bean jelly and powdered sugar are all melted. The stirred water is slightly sticky.
3. Put a proper amount of water into the pot to make jelly with the total amount of water (the total amount of water used to melt the white bean jelly and the total amount of water added into the pot). The ratio of white bean jelly to water is 1:20, that is, 1g white bean jelly with 20g of water and 100g white bean jelly with 2000g of water. This ratio is for reference only.
4. After boiling water in the pot until there are small blisters, pour the prepared white bean jelly into the pot, stir while pouring, and stir with a spoon until the water is completely boiled.
5. After the water is boiled, pour in the chopped pitaya pieces, then stir them evenly with a spoon, and then turn off the fire after the water is boiled again.
6. Put the boiled water and pitaya block into the mold with a spoon, or directly pour it into the plate or directly put it in the pot to let it slowly cool and solidify.
7. After waiting for about 2 hours, let's take a look at our own jelly, which is crystal clear and mixed with the unique pink of pitaya. The mold I used today was given when I bought white jelly powder. Are all kinds of cartoon fruit jellies cute?
Jelly with various cartoon figures made by molds is particularly cute, and children like it very much. Jelly made with plates can also be cut into small pieces with a knife, and it is also great to eat it with toothpicks or small forks. Jelly made by this method is made of fresh fruit, and it is more reassuring for children to eat.
This kind of jelly is also very simple, allowing children to make it by themselves, which can exercise children's hands-on ability, develop children's imagination and make children's life at home more exciting.
-tips-
1, fruit for jelly, you can choose all kinds of fruits you like to make, such as oranges, mangoes, pineapples, and many other kinds of fruits.
2. You can also put the fruit in the dish first, arrange it into your favorite figure, and then pour the boiled jelly water into the set dish to make it fully solidified, so that you can make your favorite jelly shape.
3. If you don't like transparency, you can also add a proper amount of milk to the water where bean jelly is boiled, so that the jelly made will become white.
4. The amount of sugar can be added according to the sweetness you like, or you can add other fruit juices to taste and make jellies with different flavors.
