Ingredients: 9 chicken wings, garlic 10 or so, a little pepper with two petals and a few slices of ginger.
Exercise:
1. First change the chicken wings into knives and cut them a few times. If you want to taste better, cut them in half vertically. If you are a novice, you can't master the heat well, or the whole is not easy to turn over.
2. Heat the water, add ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine, add chicken wings and blanch them to remove the fishy smell, and take them out for about 2 minutes.
3. Put chicken wings into minced garlic, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and half a spoonful of sugar, mix well and marinate for about 25 minutes.
4. Stir-fry the chicken wings with low oil, fry the chicken wings until they are golden on both sides, and take them out. Pay attention here! ! ! After the chicken wings are marinated, be sure to remove all the minced garlic. The chicken wings will turn black when fried!
5. Put oil in the pot and add minced garlic. Stir-fry the pepper until fragrant. Pour in chicken wings and continue to stir fry. Add a little salt and chicken essence (see if it is added) and stir well.
