Lamb is a good way to replenish the body and prevent cold hands and feet, help digestion, and stop coughing.
Ingredients
300g carrot, 180g lamb

1200ml water, 3 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp each chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp each sugar and salt 300g carrot, 180g lamb
Preparation
1 Wash and drain the carrots and lamb and cut the carrots and lamb into pieces. Cut carrot and lamb into cubes and set aside.
2 blanch lamb in boiling water, remove and drain.
3 start a frying pan, add 5 tbsp salad oil, the lamb into the high heat and stir fry until the color turns white.
4 Add the carrots, water and other seasonings (except sesame oil) and bring to a boil over high heat.
5 Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 1 hour, then remove from heat and add sesame oil.
