This simple whole wheat bread is simple and delicious. This recipe can make three loaves of bread. Materials:
Warm water 750ml(45℃), dry yeast 15g, honey 5 tablespoons, high-gluten flour 675g, butter 50g, honey 5 tablespoons, salt 1 tablespoon, whole wheat flour 425g and butter 30g.

4. flatten the dough and make 3 pieces of bread. Put it into an oiled 23cm * 12cm bread pan and ferment until the top of the bread is 2-3cm higher than the pan.
5. Bake the bread in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes, and then lightly brush it with the remaining butter to prevent it from hardening. Put it on the grill to cool.
