When the correction value is set, press the "Stop" key for another 5 seconds, and the digital tube will display "F**", indicating that the restart time is set. At this time, click the "Add" or "Subtract" key to modify the value, and the correction value range is 3-15 minutes.
Second, the workflow:
1, Cleaning: In standby mode, press the "Cleaning" key, the indicator light above the cleaning key will light up, and the mixer will start. To stop cleaning, just press the "Stop" key. After pressing the stop key, the indicator light above the cleaning key will go out and the mixer will stop. The controller enters the standby state.
2. Automatic: In standby mode, press the "Automatic" key, the indicator light above the automatic key will light up, and the blender will start. After 4 seconds, the compressor will start, and the digital tube will display the current ice cream hardness. When the display reaches 99- for 4 seconds, the compressor will stop, and the automatic indicator light will flash. After a period of time, the blender will stop and the machine will enter a state of waiting for discharging. If there is no discharging action within the set restart time, the restart time will expire.
Third, the daily maintenance:
A. cleaning of refrigeration cylinder.
In order to ensure the health of ice cream consumers and improve the service life of machine parts, you must clean the refrigeration cylinder once a day.
(1) Press the cleaning key to discharge all the slurry in the material cylinder, and press the stop key.
(2) Add a proper amount of disinfectant with warm water, and pour it into the bucket, with the same amount of water in the two buckets.
(3) Press the cleaning key to stir for about five minutes, and discharge the cleaning solution.
(4) Wash it with clear water for 2-3 times and stop the machine.
(5) Turn off the power supply and disassemble and wash all parts.
A, unscrew the four screws on the side of the liquid valve, and remove the liquid valve assembly.
B, take out the pin fixed by the handle, the handle, the valve stem and the sealing ring from the outlet valve in turn.
C, take out the agitator from the refrigeration cylinder and remove the sealing ring.
