Steps
1.Steam purple potatoes, use a rolling pin to press into the puree
2. Add flour to the bowl, add yeast water (add yeast in the water to dissolve)
3. Then knead into a smooth dough
4. Ferment to about 1.5 times the size
5. Take out and knead well to eliminate air, cut into even small dosage
6. Roll out each of these into a rounded circle
7. Take a small portion of this and roll it into an olive shape, to serve as a Flower center
8. Stack 5 rounds of dough on top of each other, use chopsticks to press a mark in the center, and then put the flower center on the end
9. Roll up from the bottom to the top, tighten the tail, and then cut a slice in the middle
10. Flip it over, and then tidy up the petals
11. Do a good job of roses buns in the steamer basket, cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Then cold water into the pot, steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes before removing the lid
