Legend has it that Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, was defeated once and fled overnight. It was winter and it was snowing heavily. Zhu Yuanzhang fled to a farmer's house, hungry and without food for several days. Seeing this, the peasant woman put the only frozen cabbage shuttlecock at home, a little frozen tofu and potatoes she picked up in the pot for stew. Zhu Yuanzhang was hungry. The peasant woman can't say it directly, so she says "Pearl jade white jade soup".
Later, when Zhu Yuanzhang became emperor, he had no worries about food and clothing and delicious food. He was tired of eating and felt that he had no appetite. One day, he suddenly remembered the delicious "hot porridge" he ate when he was in trouble, so he sent someone to call the world and finally found the one who saved his life.
According to the instructions, the peasant woman made another "Zhuyu Baiyu Soup" for Zhu Yuanzhang, but he never tasted the taste of that year.
