1. After the chicken wings sold are washed, one chicken wing is cut into three sections and coated with knife flowers (it tastes better when pickled).
2. Marinate with ginger, garlic, celery, cooking wine, barbecue sauce, sugar and soy sauce, put it in a fresh-keeping box and keep it fresh in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
Do whatever you want. It only takes a few minutes to eat. Microwave ovens are really convenient.
3. Do it separately. What I do is to start with five wings, put a fresh-keeping bag on the plate, and don't seal the bag. High fever 1.5 minutes, antipyretic 1.5 minutes. The delicious chicken wings are ready. The meat in the wings is thin, only 3 minutes. If the meat in the wing root is thicker, it will take an extra minute or two.
