2. Shred onion, ginger, garlic and pepper for later use;
3. The pot is hot, and the onion and garlic are stir-fried and fragrant;
4. Stir-fry the green pepper and stir well;
5. Stir-fry prawns;
6. Add salt and seasoning;
7. Pour in vinegar and soy sauce, add the juice prepared by custard powder and stir well;
8. Sprinkle white sesame seeds from the pot and serve on a plate!
There are generally three methods for prawns:
First, shrimp with salt and pepper.
Ingredients: 250g prawn.
Seasoning: 20g of salt, 50g of chicken essence 1 g, 5g of pepper powder, 50g of dried cassava starch, 20g of rice wine and 50g of refined oil1000g (edible).
Exercise:

3. Put the pot on the stove fire, refine the oil to 80% water temperature, and invest money to fry the prawns until golden brown. When it's crispy outside and tender inside, pick it up and put it on a plate. Add onions, ginger and prawns.
