One day, the wind blew hard and it rained heavily. The terrain under the greenhouse was originally hollow and was filled with water in an instant. 1994, the newly expanded Binhe Road is unblocked. As an open ancient city of Kaifeng, this road was a window of Kaifeng at that time. Huang took out all his savings of more than 20 thousand yuan, rented a house facing the street and hung up the signboard of "Huangjia Steamed Bun Old Shop". Among many merchants, the old Huangjia store has its own unique style. On June 6th, 1994, "Huangjia Old Shop" officially opened. On the opening day, there were guests and friends everywhere. The hall of more than 60 square meters is packed inside and outside, with customers gathering and business booming. Huang Yongjun said that this scene made his father in his 60s sigh, saying that it was the first time he had worked in the catering industry for decades.

"It is difficult to create a brand, but it is even more difficult to maintain a boutique brand", and business is in full swing. With the continuous expansion and rapid development of business scale, Huang Yongjun, as the general manager, began to worry. It is an inevitable business strategy to open branches and engage in joint ventures. How to fully serve customers and enhance their brand image has become a new topic of concern to Huang Yongjun. He arranged regular inspections by full-time staff, started the quality assurance system, improved the quality of the company's employees, enhanced cohesion, established the idea of "prospering the store and prospering me" in the whole company, and always adhered to the principle of development by quality, in order to achieve the grand goal of pushing Huangjia steamed buns out of Kaifeng and across the country.
