One summer morning, we came to Huangjia Head Office near the shopping mall in the western suburbs of Kaifeng and met Huang Yongjun, who was hospitable and had no boss airs. At that time, it happened that Huang Yongjun was holding a weekly meeting for the staff. He greeted us with a smile and waited in the quaint, neat and beautiful front hall. Taking advantage of this time, we visited the restaurant, and in the Huanglao store, we were covered with famous posts of various styles. Huang Yongjun always remembers the hardships in the early days of reform and opening up and when his father started his business. At that time, they set up a big mat shed in front of their residence in the western suburbs, cleaned up the old tables and benches, collected 240 yuan money to buy cookers such as cages, pots and bowls, and finally assembled a big board with wooden boards, and two stoves transformed from old barrels were ready to set sail. The signboard of "Huangjia Authentic Soup Pouch" is hung outside the greenhouse. 1June 6, 988, it was an extraordinary day for the Huang family, an extremely difficult starting point, and a brand-new starting point for Huang's steamed buns to be based in Kaifeng and spread throughout the country.

In this way, while operating and developing, the business under the greenhouse is getting better and better. In less than half a year, the Huangjia steamed stuffed bun under the greenhouse became famous and spread all over the catering industry. Even the old people far away from home have heard that Huang's steamed buns are still alive in the world. Every time they return to Kaifeng, they have to sit under the shed, taste Huang's soup packets and taste the Kaifeng city of that year. There is one thing that Huang Yongjun still remembers. One day, the wind blew hard and it rained heavily. The terrain under the greenhouse was originally hollow and was filled with water in an instant. Customers are still sitting under the shed eating buns, and business is as good as before. Huang Yongjun and his father were very moved when they saw this scene. They are determined to expand the scale and improve the dining environment.
1994, the newly expanded Binhe Road is unblocked. As an open ancient city of Kaifeng, this road was a window of Kaifeng at that time. Huang took out all his savings of more than 20 thousand yuan, rented a house facing the street and hung up the signboard of "Huangjia Steamed Bun Old Shop". Among many merchants, the old Huangjia store has its own unique style. On June 6th, 1994, "Huangjia Old Shop" officially opened. On the opening day, there were guests and friends everywhere. The hall of more than 60 square meters is packed inside and outside, with customers gathering and business booming. Huang Yongjun said that this scene made his father in his 60s sigh, saying that it was the first time he had worked in the catering industry for decades.
"It is difficult to create a brand, but it is even more difficult to maintain a boutique brand", and business is in full swing. With the continuous expansion and rapid development of business scale, Huang Yongjun, as the general manager, began to worry. It is an inevitable business strategy to open branches and engage in joint ventures. How to fully serve customers and enhance their brand image has become a new topic of concern to Huang Yongjun. He arranged regular inspections by full-time staff, started the quality assurance system, improved the quality of the company's employees, enhanced cohesion, established the idea of "prospering the store and prospering me" in the whole company, and always adhered to the principle of development by quality, in order to achieve the grand goal of pushing Huangjia steamed buns out of Kaifeng and across the country.
From 65438 to 0996, Huangjia Steamed Bun was the first registered private enterprise in Kaifeng catering industry, and Huangjia Steamed Bun Co., Ltd. was established through audit. Subsequently, Huangjia Steamed Bun opened ten branches in Luoyang, Shangqiu, Harbin, Anyang and other places, further expanding its business outlets and making Huangjia Steamed Bun go out of Kaifeng and go to the whole country. At present, Huang Yongjun has expanded its construction scale on the basis of the Royal Corporation, and plans to open several more branches. At the same time, he and his younger brother Huang Yongjian are planning and actively planning to establish cooperative relations with well-known enterprises, so as to open up the quick-frozen steamed stuffed bun market and strive to make the brand of Huangjia steamed stuffed bun bigger and stronger, not only to go out of Henan to face the whole country, but also to go abroad to the whole world.
After the Huangjia steamed stuffed bun shop became rich, it did not forget the country and the government and actively participated in social welfare activities. Once, an overseas Chinese in Japan ate Huang's steamed stuffed bun and hired Huang Yongjun to develop in Japan with high salary.
