How to make taro soup?
Wash the taro, cut it into pieces, cook it in a pressure cooker 15 minutes, and add some salt to make the taro taste.
Be sure to add lard. Don't save this step.
Stir-fry some meat slices and put them in a bowl. You can also add lard instead of meat.
When the taro is cooked, put it in a bowl and add chopped celery.
Finally, cook together for two minutes and add some soy sauce.
