The flavor of Laobaigan comes from the flavoring process of Fenjiu Daqu, which is brewed at medium and low temperature. The difference is that the raw material of Daqu is pure wheat, and the mixture of wheat and peas is used for Fenjiu. Therefore, Fenjiu has pea fragrance, which is more elegant. Laobaigan is fuller, mellow and has a fresh wheat fragrance.
