Vegetarian dumplings
Raw materials: flour, zucchini, eggs, fungus, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, five-spice powder, green onion, soy sauce.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Add a little salt to the flour and knead with warm water to form a smooth dough and let rise for half an hour.
Step 2: Chop zucchini and add a little salt to marinate out the water.
Step 3: Chop the black fungus.
Step 4: Chop green onion.
Step 5, egg seasoning scrambled and set aside.
Step 6, zucchini squeeze out excess water, add chopped eggs, chopped fungus and scallions, add five-spice powder, chicken powder, soy sauce, cooking wine seasoning and mix well.
Step 7: Knead the dough again, and roll the dough into a long strip of evenly sized pieces.
Step 8: Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into an even thickness.

Step 11: Add cold water twice during cooking.
