1. Ingredients: 600g broad beans (wrapped), 1200ml water, 8g salt, 3g fresh vegetables, 5g sugar.
2. Rinse the broad beans briefly, drain and set aside.
3. Heat the pan over high heat for 2 minutes and pour in the broad beans.
4. Then pour in water to cover the broad beans by about 1.5 cm.
5. Then cover and simmer for about 6 minutes.
6. Open the lid when the water is just equal to the broad beans.
7. Add salt, white sugar, and fresh vegetables to taste, stir briefly, and serve in no more than 20 seconds.
