Ingredients
300g sea crab (2 pieces), 250g sea shrimp, 300g rice, 50g ginger, 2 chives, 1 teaspoon pepper (5g), 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
Method
1. Wash the crabs, remove the lungs, heart and back shell and cut them into small pieces; wash the shrimps, but do not remove the heads and skins; old ginger Cut into pieces and set aside.
