Ginger ribs were founded by Jiang Yuechun and his wife in Tangchang Town, Pixian County on 1982. At that time, it mainly engaged in tofu pudding, braised pig's trotters, braised ribs and other dishes. Among them, braised pork ribs are a homemade dish. After continuous improvement and innovation, it gradually created its own characteristics and became the signature dish of Shunrong Restaurant. Because the boss is surnamed Jiang, the braised pork ribs are naturally called Jiang pork ribs.
