After the domestic peanut oil market price declined steadily in 2005, in the first half of 2006, the domestic peanut oil market was affected by the cost support and the overall oversupply pattern of the domestic edible oil market, and the market price continued to operate at a high level with little fluctuation. In 2006, the market price of peanut oil in China showed an upward trend. Before the Spring Festival (1-February), the price of peanut oil was stable at 9200 yuan/ton (average price), and after the Spring Festival (March-April), the price of peanut oil rose to 9400 yuan/ton. From May to July, the price of peanut oil rose from 9600-9800 yuan/ton to10000-11000 yuan. August-10, after the national day, the market price of peanut oil rose to 9800- 10200 yuan/ton. In February 2006, the market price of peanut oil was pushed to 12000- 13000 yuan/ton.
Since 2007, affected by the shortage of raw materials of peanut oil, insufficient stock of peanut oil, high crushing cost of peanut oil, shortage of supply and cost factors, the market price of peanut oil in all parts of the country once rose, causing certain fluctuations in the domestic edible oil market. However, with the concerted efforts of manufacturers and markets, it did not have much impact on the public.
