Ingredients: 200g white vanilla fish (about 5 ? taels), 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper, 1 tablespoon minced wrinkled lemon peel, 1 locust of lotus leaf. Gravy ingredients: 1 tablespoon minced scallion, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon oil, 3 tablespoons water. (1) Soak lotus leaves in hot water for 10 minutes. (2) Wash the white rice fish. (3) Mix the gravy in a deep bowl and cover with plastic wrap, leaving an opening for ventilation. (4) Put the minced garlic, red pepper, scallion and lemon peel on the lotus leaf and add the fish. Mix well, fold the lotus leaf and put it on a plate. (5) Put the lotus leaf packet and gravy ingredients into the microwave oven and cook on high heat for two and a half minutes, turn off the heat and put it into the oven for two minutes, then take it out and serve it.
