Carrefour and Walmart have fresh and frozen fish, steamed better.
Practice:
1. Clean the fish inside and out, especially the black membrane in the stomach, use kitchen paper to dry the water on the fish, wipe a little salt for spare;
2. After the water boils, steam the fish on, 10 minutes can be (a pound of fish), take out, pour off the excess juice;
3. Put the chopped ginger, green onion, and cilantro on the fish, to 4-5 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee's tastes great), heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil
pour over the fish and serve.
Note: the time must be mastered, otherwise the steamed fish will be old or undercooked.
