Naan Pit is made by using refractory soil~ alkaline soil~ earth bricks~ together~
Making method:
Accumulate earth bricks to form hollow quadrilateral~
Then use refractory soil to make a barrel shape with a small upper part and a large lower part~
Then use alkaline soil and mud~
And then air dry it.
Then use the lye clay and mud to smear it on the outer layer of the refractory soil~
Air-dry and you're done~
And wash the lye clay on the inside~
Use: (two kinds)
First, heat up the pit (put the wood fire in the middle of the naan pit to make it burn into charcoal~ make the whole naan pit burn hot~ put out the open fire)
1, bake the naan~
Make a naan with a dead noodle (a little bit softer) with the edge made of a soft noodle (a little more soft), and then put it on the ground to make a naan.
Spread sesame seeds and chopped green onion on the surface and brush with oil~
Sprinkle salt water on the back~
Press the back of the naan against the wall of the naan pit with your hand~
Eat it when it's ready~
2,Grilling Meat~
Slice the fresh mutton into big chunks and put it on a skewer~
Brush with grilling ingredients~
Brush the naan with salt water. Brush with barbecue sauce~
Stick it in the bottom of the naan pit around the charcoal fire~
Cover it and cook it~
