How to make steamed buns

Fresh sweet potatoes

Steps
1. Prepare sweet potatoes, Corn flour, milk powder.
2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices.
3. Pack it in a microwave-friendly fresh-keeping bag.
4. Put it in the microwave; cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
5. While hot, crush the sweet potatoes into puree.
6. Add cornmeal and milk powder to a bowl and mix well.
7. Add a little boiling water and mix well. Let stand for 15 minutes to allow the flour and sweet potatoes to fully blend.
8. Take a small piece of dough in your hands and shape it into a long round shape.
9. Use your index finger to poke a dimple at the bottom of the dough so that the cornmeal can be steamed easily.
10. Make 8 steamed buns from all the dough.
11. Put it in a pot and steam it for 20 minutes.
