Composition:
Pleurotus eryngii, minced garlic, dried Chili.
Exercise:
1. Slice Pleurotus eryngii, blanch and drain.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and stir-fry until golden brown. Add minced garlic and dried Chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a little cumin powder, salt and sugar, stir well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
