Ingredients: 250g snail, 250g pig bone, 0/50g snail powder/kloc-,50g sour bamboo shoot, 50g yuba, 50g dried radish, 50g peanut, 4 avocados, 50g fungus, 20g day lily and 50g sour bean. Accessories: oil, salt, spices, perilla, Chili oil, fermented bean curd 1, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. First, make screw soup. The materials are: 250g snail, 250g pig bone, one piece of fermented bean curd, appropriate amount of perilla, and appropriate amount of spices (star anise, fragrant leaves, clove, cinnamon, pepper, dried pepper, tsaoko and dried tangerine peel).
