How to soak Biluochun?
1, choice of tea set:

Glass with good transparency is the first choice for brewing Biluochun. Besides glass, white porcelain teacups are also a good choice. Porcelain tea sets are elegant in appearance, delicate in hand and easier to insulate from heat than glasses.

2. Water temperature control:

The most suitable water temperature for brewing green tea leaves is about 85℃. The water temperature is too high, which is not conducive to immediate heat dissipation. The soup is dull yellow, bitter and has the taste of cooking soup. After two infusions, the water temperature can be raised appropriately.

3, brewing three methods:

There are three commonly used methods for brewing green tea, namely, upper throwing method, middle throwing method and lower throwing method.

The top-throwing method is to add enough boiling water directly into the teacup, and then add tea when the water temperature is suitable. The water temperature of this method should be particularly accurate. The more tender the tea, the lower the water temperature standard. You can put some tea when the water temperature is 70℃.

The investment method is to inject one third of boiling water after putting the tea, gently shake it to make the tea absorb enough water and lengthen it, and then inject it until it is seven minutes full of boiling water. This method is also suitable for delicate tea.

Dropping method is different from the first two methods, which is to put tea leaves first, and then pour enough boiling water directly into the teacup. This method is mainly used for ordinary green tea with poor tenderness.

4, brewing times:

Green tea is best brewed for three times before drinking, and the taste begins to fade after the third time.

The above is the main point of introducing the brewing of "Biluochun", and then it depends on everyone's play. Compared with other teas, "Biluochun" is more tender, and the brewing temperature should not be too high, preferably around 70~80 degrees.
