There are two main ways to store hairy crabs: cold storage and frozen storage.
Cold storage: We should put the live hairy crabs in the cold room of the refrigerator, and control the temperature at 3-5℃. Be careful not to stack them together, so as not to squeeze each other, which will affect the breathing of hairy crabs and lead to their death. At the same time, we should check the state of hairy crabs every two days, and we should clean up the dead hairy crabs in time to ensure the freshness of hairy crabs. Frozen storage: We should put the live hairy crabs in the freezer of the refrigerator, control the temperature below-18℃, put the hairy crabs in plastic bags, and then seal the plastic bags to prevent water vapor condensation and affect the taste of hairy crabs. It should be noted that frozen hairy crabs can be stored for a long time, but after thawing, their taste and nutrients will decrease, so it is recommended to eat them as soon as possible.
