Prepare some chopped green onion and Jiang Mo first.

Chop the soaked mushrooms.

Chop up the meat.

Add ginger and onion seasoning into chopped meat and mushrooms and stir well.

Add a little vegetable oil and water starch and stir in time. Add a spoonful of water starch first, stir until absorbed, and then add the next spoonful.

Turn sideways. (Just fold your left thumb forward at the bottom. )

Fold it from left to right and just pinch it gently.

Wrap wonton in turn.

Boil water in the pot, drop some oil, add a little salt, add wonton, cook until it floats, and cook for another minute or so.

Add chopped green onion, laver and shrimp skin, sesame oil and soy sauce to the bowl.
