2 taels of mutton, 4 to 5 taels of winter melon, a little sesame oil, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, a tablespoon of shrimp, a little green onion and ginger, about a tablespoon of vegetable oil, two tablespoons of vegetable oil
1. Mutton, green onion, ginger Mix and chop and place in a bowl.
2. After mincing the meat, add an egg. If the meat is not dry enough, add only the egg yolk. Then add a tablespoon of soy sauce. A tablespoon of salt (if you add more salt to the meat, you don’t need to add it to the soup, as the salt in the meat will seep into the soup). Pepper (add to taste according to personal taste). Stir evenly to make the meatballs.
3. Boil the meatballs in cold water, turn on high heat, and pour cold water into the pot.
4. Add the winter melon slices and cook until half cooked.
5. Put all the meatballs into the pot. Remember to use a spoon to remove any white minced meat that overflows from the surface.
6. Cook slowly. During this period, you can add salt and pepper according to your personal taste.
7. When it is out of the pot, add coriander and shrimp. You can also add some vinegar and other seasonings in an appropriate amount.
Note: The meat should be fresh and tender and cooked over low heat.
