How to make cold edamame:
1. Wash the edamame several times and soak it in salt water for about 15 minutes. Use scissors to cut off the tips at both ends of the edamame to make the edamame more flavorful during cooking.
2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot to cover the edamame, and pour in edible salt. Add as much salt as possible to make it taste better later. Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, not too much. Pour in some red pepper, ginger slices and green onions to give the edamame a spicy flavor while cooking.
3. Boil the edamame in boiling water for 15 minutes before scooping it out. After scooping it out, run it through cold water several times to cool down the cooked edamame.
4. Put the cooled edamame in a large bowl, and now start making the seasoning. Cut two garlic heads into minced garlic, two pieces of ginger into minced ginger, two green onions into sections, two spoons of chili oil, one spoon of sesame oil, one spoon of light soy sauce, one spoon of salt, and four spoons of vinegar, put them in a large bowl Stir stir. Then stir evenly with a spoon to ensure that every edamame is dipped in the sauce. If you like sour and spicy food, you can add more vinegar, raw garlic and chili.
