Plumcress is a traditional Han Chinese dish from Guangdong (Meizhou and Huizhou), which is a pickled food.
Huizhou is also known as Huizhou Tribute Vegetables. It is made from fresh (mustard) prunes by drying, selecting, floating salt and many other processes in the countryside. It is golden in color, fragrant, sweet and refreshing, not cold, not dry, not wet and not hot.
Not only can it be made into a flavorful dish, but it can also be made into dishes such as pork with preserved mustard greens, steamed pork with preserved mustard greens, steamed beef with preserved mustard greens, steamed fish with preserved mustard greens, and preserved mustard greens soup as an ingredient.
