Biscuit bottom: Oreo is broken, melted butter is added and mixed well, spread into a mold and compacted, and refrigerated for later use.

1. Cream cheese and sugar are stirred smoothly in insulated water.
2. Soak gelatin tablets in cold water in advance, mix them with milk, heat and stir them in water to melt, and pour them into cream cheese and stir them evenly.
3. Beat the light cream to a thick yogurt, and pour it into the cheese paste to mix.
4. Take 1/3 Mu Si paste and strawberry powder, and the rest Mu Si paste and cocoa powder, and stir them evenly respectively.
5. Pour the strawberry Mu Si paste into the cocoa Mu Si paste and stir it twice, then pour it into the biscuit bottom mold and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours until it solidifies.
When demoulding, remove the bottom tin foil, blow along the mold with a blower, and then lift the mold up to easily demould.
