Water chestnut and lotus root starch soup
Ingredients: water chestnut, lotus root starch, eggs, sugar
Method: Peel and chop 1.5 water chestnuts
2.1 eggs beaten
3.20g lotus root starch, add cold boiled water and mix well.
4.400ml water bring to boil
5. After the water boils, add a small piece of sugar and chopped water chestnuts, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to dissolve the sugar
6. Slowly pour the egg liquid, stirring as you go
7. Turn off the heat, slowly pour the melted lotus root starch into the pot, while pouring, stir evenly
