a. Cold dandelion
Ingredients: dandelion, garlic, dried chili, pepper.
Practice:
1. Pick and wash the dandelion, remove the old leaves and old stalks. Boil water in a pot, put the dandelion into the pot to blanch for a few minutes, fish out and drain.
2. Mince the garlic and put it on the dandelion. Pour oil in the pot, put the pepper and dried chili pepper in it and stir fry the flavor on low heat.
3. Fish up the peppercorns and dried chili peppers, splash the oil on the garlic granules, and then pour the appropriate amount of vinegar. Pour in soy sauce, put salt and monosodium glutamate and mix well.
b. Clearing heat and detoxifying dandelion soup
Ingredients: dandelion, pork.
Practice:
