Real wine must be made of 100% grapes, and foreign substances such as water, pigments, spices and preservatives cannot be added. Once upon a time, some sour and sweet domestic "red wine" with alcohol flavor were just drinks made of "three essences and one water" (alcohol, pigment essence, essence and water). A few years ago, there was also the concept of "semi-juice wine" in domestic wines. With the introduction of the new national wine standard GB 15037-2006, semi-juice wine has been abolished. The so-called "semi-juice" means that half of the ingredients in wine are made of real grape juice and the other half are blended with other things ... Now such "wine" is no longer qualified to be called wine.
