1, Danxia landform in Zhangye
Rainbow Mountain, officially named Zhangye Danxia National Geomorphological Geopark, is located outside Zhangye City, a historic town of the ancient Silk Road. Bright red, orange and yellow sandstone stripes make the mountain look like a rainbow. This Geopark provides several hiking areas and viewing platforms for tourists to fully enjoy the colors.
2. Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan
Jiuzhaigou, located on the edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is a fairyland on earth, consisting of green lakes, cascading waterfalls and colorful forest slopes. The altitude ranges from 6,600 to 14,800 feet, which leads to the rapid flow of water between calm lakes. This incredible landscape was formed by earthquakes and carbonate rocks for thousands of years.
3. Yangshuo Ancient Town
Yangshuo is a beautiful riverside town in the south and a paradise for adventure travelers. This area is an excellent place for rock climbing, hiking, cave exploration and cycling. Different from the bustling downtown area, the surrounding countryside is quiet and beautiful, bamboo boats float along the river, farmers work in fertile fields and are surrounded by majestic karst peaks.

Gulangyu Island is one of the most distinctive scenic spots in Xiamen, known as the sea garden. 7. Fujian Tulou Group
Tulou means tulou in Chinese. These are a series of giant multi-storey houses built with wood and reinforced with mud walls. They were created by Hakkas who fled from central China due to the war in the1/kloc-0 to the 20th century. A tulou accommodates the whole family of as many as 1000 people, and is called a small kingdom, which plays a role as a small village or society.
8. Yuanyang Terrace
The rice fields built on the mountain are made by the Hani people after more than 1300 years of pure manual farming. The Hani people have opened mountains and cultivated fields from generation to generation, irrigated the fields with rainwater, and then planted rice to support their families.
9. Dongchuan Red Land
Because of its striking color, it is called red land. The background color of the earth is dyed with iron oxide, and the soil is almost saturated with minerals, showing a deep reddish brown color. Every family owns a piece of land, and everyone grows their favorite crops, creating this amazing landscape.
10, Fanjing Mountain
Located in the northeast of Guizhou, it is home to rare plants and animals, including the rare golden monkey. It is a holy place of Buddhism because it is considered as the enlightenment place of Maitreya. The highest point is called Hongyun Jinding, also known as Xinjinding, with an altitude of 2,336 meters.
