Mushroom ribs congee practice steps
1. Prepare the materials used, soak the pearl rice in water.
2. Boil water in a soup pot, blanch the ribs for two times, then drain the ribs and set aside.
3. Soak and cut up the mushrooms and shrimp.
4. Kale diced spare.
5. Blanched ribs into the electric stew pot, low heat stew to six hours.
6. The stewed bone soup is fragrant and slightly white.
7. Stewed bone broth added to the pressure cooker, and then soak the pearl rice together in the pot, ribs clip out of the spare.

Tips
