Stewed vermicelli with winter melon and pork
Ingredients: white gourd, sweet potato vermicelli, pork belly, salt, soy sauce, white sugar, pepper, oil, cooking wine and sesame oil.
Production method:
Clean the bought wax gourd, remove its skin, cut it into small pieces and put it in a plate for later use;
2. Wash the pork belly, cut it into pieces or small pieces, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, marinate it in soy sauce 10 minutes, and add low flavor;
3. Prepare a lesson, clean one onion, one ginger and three garlic, then dice them and put them in a dish for later use;
4. Heat the oil from the pan, pour in the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the marinated pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color, then pour in the wax gourd pieces, add soy sauce and soy sauce, and stir-fry until it is broken (2 minutes);
5. After stir-frying, add boiling water until it is no more than white gourd, add sweet potato vermicelli, cover the pot and cook for 8 minutes on low heat. 6. Pour it into a larger pot, and finish it by adding coriander. If you don't like coriander, you can add some chopped green onion. This hot and cooked noodle stew with melon and pork is finished.
Tip: It should be noted that the wax gourd does not need to be over-cooked when it is fried, because it needs to be stewed. It is best to break it so as to absorb the flavor of meat and vermicelli.
