Composition:
Old tofu, cooking oil, salt, chopped green onion, sesame, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Chili noodles, minced garlic, vinegar and sugar.
Production method:
1. After buying tofu, wash it with clear water, drain it, or dry it with paper to prevent oil leakage, and then cut it into pieces, about one centimeter thick.
2. Heat the pan and put a small amount of oil on a small fire. Put tofu into the pot piece by piece, leaving a gap between tofu and tofu. If there is more tofu, fry it several times.
3. Turn off the heat and fry both sides until golden brown. Especially when the tofu is turned over, everyone must pay attention to turning it gently, because the tofu itself is too soft. If you are not careful, it will easily break, fry until golden on both sides, and put it on a plate for later use.
4, adjust the sauce, add garlic, chopped green onion, salt, Chili noodles, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil in the bowl, add the right amount of water and stir well.
5. Pour the sauce into the pot, then put the fried tofu blocks neatly into the pot and boil the sauce.
6. Stew for 20 minutes on low fire, then collect the juice on high fire, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion and serve.
