Ingredients:
Egg 60g, cold water 120g.
Add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine (5ml), 1/2 teaspoon of salt (2g), and a little soy sauce for steamed fish.
Method:
1. Beat eggs one by one in a bowl;
2. Add twice as much water and mix;
3. Add cooking wine and salt;
4. Stir well and filter into a steamed egg container;
5. Put it in the microwave, steam it over high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds, then change Steam at 80°C for 1 minute.
