The storage of white tea is simply sealed, normal temperature, dark, dry and tasteless.
1, sealed
The transformation of white tea, different from Pu 'er tea, only needs a small amount of air, which is a slow oxidation transformation process. Sealing does not represent a vacuum. When white tea is isolated from the air, it stops its slow transformation process, and such storage is completely meaningless. In addition, purple sand cans have good air permeability and are not suitable for storing white tea. Water vapor and odor are easy to penetrate, and aroma is easy to spread. Finally, white tea tastes when it is wet.
2. Standard temperature
White tea can be stored at room temperature and kept below 30℃ as far as possible. If the temperature is too high, the internal substances of white tea will decompose, and the aroma will volatilize excessively, which will reduce the quality, aroma and taste. Similarly, it doesn't need refrigeration, so don't put it in the refrigerator, it's easy to get wet and smell.
Step 3 avoid light
Light will decompose nutrients in tea, such as amino acids, tea polyphenols, vitamins and other substances, leading to excessive oxidation of white tea, disappearance of aroma and no longer having drinking value, so avoid choosing transparent containers to store tea.
dry
Excessive humidity will lead to mildew and deterioration of white tea, and once mold is produced, there is no way to remove it, so it is very harmful to health to drink moldy white tea hard. Small household Tibetan tea warehouses can be equipped with dehumidifiers and quicklime to control the air humidity below 60%. Put the tea away from the ground and walls. Especially in the rainy season in the south, try to open positions as little as possible. Chemical substances such as desiccants react chemically, releasing toxic substances, so as not to be used in Tibetan tea.
5, no odor
Smell refers to all smells that do not belong to white tea itself, such as cosmetics, kitchen fumes, tobacco and so on. The adsorption of white tea is very strong, and the odor in the air will be absorbed by white tea, which will lead to the odor of white tea and even completely inedible. In addition to the above points, white tea cakes can also be aged together as much as possible. Note that as far as possible here refers to the same kind of tea, and different tea leaves have different storage requirements.
Three-layer packaging method-super simple, safe and reliable packaging method for storing white tea
As the name implies, it is three layers of * * * packaging from the inside out, the innermost aluminum foil bag, the middle food-grade plastic bag and the outermost carton. This kind of packaging meets various requirements of white tea storage and is simple and effective. Seal each layer of packaging, and the gaps and holes in the carton should also be sealed with tape to ensure the tightness to the greatest extent.
