How to make mutton and winter melon soup
1. Wash the mutton and cut it into slices.
2. Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into slices.
3. Cut the scallions and chives into sections, flatten the garlic, and cut the ginger into mince. Cut the red pepper into rings.
4. Put the cut mutton into a pot of boiling water and put some cooking wine in the pot when stewing the mutton.
5. Take out the mutton that has soaked in water and set aside.
