I am a person with long-term insomnia. I never rest before 12 o'clock every night because I can't fall asleep even if I go to bed early. I just rest when I feel sleepy. First, overthinking. Because I am a person who loves to think, I just love to think about things, especially when I lie in bed every night, I think about more things. Whether it is happy or unhappy things, thinking about them too much will put you in a state of extreme insomnia. Sometimes we can’t sleep even when we are happy, and we can’t sleep even when we are unhappy. Sometimes I try to control myself not to think about it, but I can’t. I think this is also a manifestation of obsessive-compulsive disorder!
Second, I love to worry. If a person loves to worry, he will easily suffer from insomnia. He worries about his own affairs, and also worries about the affairs of other people in his family, and even the affairs of his relatives and friends. If he encounters something difficult to solve, he will lie in bed all day long and help others think about how to solve these things. , is there any better way. Just because I think about these things, I can't sleep at night.
Third, there is something annoying. Each of us may have times like this. If you encounter something unpleasant in life or work, it will make you upset. Especially when you are alone, all your worries will come to mind, making you unable to calm down. You can't get around it, your mind is always spinning with these things that make you upset.
There is really no particularly effective way to solve insomnia. Over the years, I have tried drug treatment or psychological treatment, but none of them had good results. The only thing that can improve insomnia is to make yourself physically tired. I have also tried this. If I do some physical work, my body is very tired and I sleep very soundly at night. However, there are really too few opportunities to do physical work. If you can do some physical work every day, your insomnia will definitely be greatly reduced.
