Bring the water to a boil, pour taro rounds, gently stirring while cooking, etc. Boil and float, and then cook for a short while. If it is frozen taro, pour taro to cook with cold water, that is, cook until boiling and floating, you do not need to add cold water. Boil it at the end. Cooked taro balls will taste better when chilled. Ingredients:Sweet potato starch, potato starch, taro, purple potatoes. Red heart sweet potato white sugar (add powdered sugar is better).
Practice:
1. Taro → wash and peel → sliced → steamed → pressed into mud.
2. Add sweet potato flour and sugar while it is still hot, add water while kneading→adjust the softness of the dough and knead with water until it is not sticky.
3. Sprinkle too much white flour on the table → divide the dough → roll it into strips → divide it into small pieces of about 1cm with a knife.
4. Put it into boiling water, float it and cook it for 1 minute.
5. Pick up and sprinkle a little sugar.
6. You can add it to the red bean soup. File ice to eat together.
