Low gluten flour 1 15g egg liquid 1 tablespoon (15ML).

Steps to make cranberry cookies
1. Soften butter and powdered sugar at room temperature and stir well.
2. Add the egg liquid several times and stir well.
3. Add dried cranberries and stir well.
4. Finally, sift in the low powder.
5. After fully mixing to form balls,
6. Wrap it with plastic wrap and arrange it into a cuboid (about 6cm wide and 4cm high), put it in the refrigerator and freeze it 1 hour, then take it out (whether it is frozen or not).
7. Cross-cut the board with a sharp knife (don't pull it back and forth).
8. Put in a baking tray and bake in the oven, 165 degrees, middle layer, about 20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden yellow.
